My Story

Challenge yourself to Move Every Day in May for at least 30 minutes for Mae Murray Foundation

You can choose any activity you like  - walk, run, swim, cycle, pilates, yoga, stretch, dance, as long as you MOVE!

The key to success is to mix high-intensity and low-intensity exercises throughout the month. 

All donations will support Mae Murray Foundation in delivering inclusive projects such as an all-ability adapted gym programme and 'Inclusive Beaches' programme - two projects that I love and I am priviledged to be part of. 

Commit to get fit by supporting Mae Murray Foundation, there is no minimum donation required.

Suggested donation amounts - 

  • £31 - a pound for everyday you exercise
  • £5 -  forfeit if you miss a day
  • Ask friends and family to sponsor you
  • £10 pledge of commiting to move more
